Dear Over the Moon and Lockdown friends,
How lovely to connect with you, albeit under these continuing strange conditions. Thank goodness for Zoom and other electronic communications.
Life, in recent months, has been a rollercoaster ride and many of our previously normal activities have had to be put on hold or re-imagined in different ways. To say that we all have faced serious disruptions is an understatement.
But one of the massive gifts of this time is embedded in these very disruptions - time to reassess and seriously take stock of what is functional and what is not in our lives and relationships. To me it feels a little like having eaten from the fruit of the tree of good and evil - nothing will ever be the same again.
Once we have acknowledged this deeply and understood the impact, we can reframe those challenges and interruptions as opportunities to assess, introspect and plan where we really want to go with our lives. We need a whole new way of being. It is up to us to cherish what was good and discard the outdated as we stand at the brim of the Aquarian Age and a whole new way of being in the world.
If you have felt the need to make more sense of your experiences, debrief what has happened and connect better with inner guidance in the process, these workshops are for you.
I have joined forces with a number of my colleagues to bring you several exciting workshops to explore and enhance your experiences.
